the 9th edition of thepanafricain Festival of music (FESPAM) is held from the 13th to the 20th July 2013 in Brazzaville, the theme : "African Music, vector of authenticity and factor of emergence". Several artists, sponsors and researchers celebrate during one week the music feast. A feast dedicated to South Africa and its hero Nelson Mandela. For the inaugural ceremony of FESPAM 2013, the stadium stage Félix Eboué vibrated to the rythms of the African music.
