Faithful to its vocation, the international Festival of Bizerte, version 2009, has concocted for its audience in the North of the country a fairly diverse programme, taking into account the different tastes and trying to join popular and public trends to refined music and theatre shows, without forgetting of course the busy streets, places of the city.
